Work with the development team on pre-construction including architectural & engineering plans, budgeting, scopes, approvals of all kinds, community outreach, etc.

Candidate must be able to handle a demanding list of tasks each and every day, prioritize effectively, not let anything go uncompleted, and report to the Property Care Manager on the progress of assigned work orders.

Oversee daily job activity at the construction sites including coordination between trades, safety, plan implementation, and more.
